We build and run our own AI products, which means we deal with the parts of generative AI that don't show up in a demo. Candilate ingests unstructured career documents — PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown — and infers a professional profile from that history: an archetype, core strengths, a value proposition, rather than slotting someone into a fixed template. From that profile it generates long-form, role-tailored resumes and cover letters under hard constraints (ATS keyword coverage, format rules) and scores the output against those constraints in real time, producing multiple tailored variants from one source profile. Trankets uses generative AI as a feature inside a live commerce product, not a demo — it writes first-draft listing and campaign copy for creators across several channels. We bring the same underlying work to client projects: retrieval over a company's own documents, document and data extraction pipelines, constrained generation with automated scoring, and putting an LLM inside an existing product rather than building a chatbot beside it.
