How we write

Editorial Policy

Our blog is for useful technology context, including our reading of significant industry news.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Sources and original work

News-based articles should identify the original announcement or reporting, link to it, and distinguish reported facts from our analysis. We aim to explain what changed, who it may affect, and what is still uncertain. We do not republish another outlet's article as our own.

Accuracy and authorship

We check claims against primary sources where possible and identify the responsible author or editorial team. We do not invent customer results, statistics, quotations, or expertise. If a claim cannot be supported, we remove or qualify it. Older posts retain their original publication date; a substantive update should be dated and explained.

Corrections

Send possible corrections to hello@yconsoft.com with the article URL and supporting information. We review material errors and update the article with a correction note when the change affects its meaning. Minor spelling or formatting edits need no note.

Commercial interest

If an article discusses our own product, a client relationship, or sponsored work, we will make that relationship clear in the article.
